Who can participate?
This program is a benefit for accepted members of the KNO Planner Collective. There is no separate public application for this referral program.
Which platform plans qualify?
Annual Studio and Business subscriptions purchased using your assigned code. Your connection receives 12% off, and you receive 5% of first-year subscription revenue received by KNO after the discount, excluding taxes, refunds, and credits. Monthly plans, Enterprise plans, and renewals are excluded.
How are Collective commissions calculated?
You earn 5% of the KNO management fee collected for the first qualifying engagement. Vendor costs, reimbursable expenses, and additional service or platform fees are excluded.
When should I make an introduction?
Introduce prospective clients before scoping or contracting begins so KNO can confirm eligibility. Referrals must be new to KNO. Existing clients and opportunities already in an active sales conversation do not qualify.
When are commissions paid?
Commissions are paid within 30 days of KNO receiving the corresponding client payment. For engagements paid in installments, commissions are paid as the applicable management fees are collected.
Do I need to refer clients to receive project opportunities?
No. Referral participation is optional and separate from project assignments. You do not need to make referrals to be considered for client work.
