Refund Policy
At KNO Events, we’re passionate about helping planners create extraordinary moments. Because access to our platform begins immediately after purchase, all sales are considered final unless required otherwise by law.
Payments & Merchant of Record
Payments for KNO Events are processed by Paddle, our authorized Merchant of Record. Paddle provides secure payment processing and handles billing, tax, and refund execution on our behalf. For payment-related inquiries, you can contact Paddle via their Buyer Support page.
Subscriptions & Renewals
KNO Events subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled in advance. You can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future renewals. Cancellations stop future charges but do not automatically trigger a refund for the current billing period.
If your payment method fails, Paddle may retry the charge or pause your access until payment is complete.
Right to Cancel
If you are a Consumer and unless the below exception applies, you have the right to cancel this Agreement and return the Product within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day after completion of the Transaction. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send us your communication concerning your exercise of the cancellation right before the expiration of the 14 day period.
To cancel your order, you must inform Paddle of your decision. To ensure immediate processing, please do so by contacting Paddle here. Please note that in respect of subscription services your right to cancel is only present following the initial subscription and not upon each automatic renewal.
You also have the right to inform us using the model cancellation form below or by making any other clear, unambiguous statement through our available communication channels. If you use our "Contact Us" form online, we will communicate acknowledgment of receipt of your cancellation request to you without delay.

Effect of Cancellation
If you cancel this Agreement as permitted above, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you.
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this Agreement.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction and you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
Important: This right does not apply once you have logged in to your KNO Events account or otherwise accessed the platform. By accessing the service immediately after purchase, you acknowledge that digital delivery has begun and agree to waive your right to cancel under this applicable law.
How to Request a Refund
All refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase.
If you’d like to request a refund, please contact Paddle, our payment partner and authorized Merchant of Record, through their Buyer Support page.
Paddle will review your request in accordance with this policy and applicable consumer laws. Refunds, if approved, will be returned to your original payment method, typically within 10 business days.
After 14 days all sales are considered final. Refunds or account credits may be issued at the discretion of KNO Events or Paddle in the following limited cases:
- Duplicate or erroneous charges
- Billing or payment processing errors
- Cancellation submitted before renewal billing occurred
Processing & Timing
Refunds, if approved, are processed securely by Paddle to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take up to 10 business days for funds to appear.
