No. Collective members are independent contractors engaged for individual client opportunities.
Absolutely. You keep 100% of your own work and can collaborate with us when it makes sense.
No. Opportunities are offered based on client needs, experience, availability and fit.
Once opportunities are secured, we distribute work based on the best fit between client needs and consultant expertise. Our priority is to align the right skills, industry knowledge, and working style with the client’s objectives to ensure long-term success for both the consultant and the client.
Yes. You receive the project scope, schedule, role and compensation before deciding whether an opportunity fits.
Compensation is defined for each engagement based on the role, responsibilities and scope. You receive the scope, schedule and compensation before deciding whether to accept. Joining the Collective does not guarantee projects or hours.
No. Approved members complete KNO certification before beginning a Collective engagement.
We welcome agencies and specialized partners that bring expertise across creative, production, technology, experiential, staffing and other areas of event delivery. We’ll recommend your team with opportunities where your capabilities are the right fit.
