Jane is a 30+ year media, digital, and advertising executive and CEO of Rain, a 250-person growth-focused agency driving integrated brand and performance outcomes for leading enterprise and disruptor brands, including Shopify, Dr. Squatch and Humana.

She is a nationally recognized expert in performance-driven brand growth, a 2021 Cynopsis Top Woman in Media, and an active advisor and board member supporting women-led businesses, including Xcelerate Women, SheScales, and Leavened.

Rian is a seasoned technology leader with experience spanning bootstrapped startups to Amazon, bringing a deep understanding of technology’s possibilities and pitfalls in today’s AI-driven landscape.

Over the past three decades, he has led teams across retail, media,and advertising, working with organizations including The New York Times, Hewlett-Packard, and First Republic Bank. He brings deep expertise in architecture, infrastructure, and platform development.

Sara is a founding team member at Leavened focused on product development, with 25+ years of experience in performance marketing, media, and data analytics. She has led strategic planning and analytics for top agencies including FCB, Wunderman, McCann, and Publicis, working with global brands such as Google, Microsoft, Adobe, and Toyota.

She also co-founded a digital and CRM agency that was later acquired, and her work has earned industry recognition including an AAF Addy, a ONE Show Interactive Award, and multiple DMA ECHO awards.
